Job summary

Cera Care is seeking a Care Assistant for its Extra Care unit at Westhaven House, Dorchester. You will support residents with varying needs to stay independent, following personalised care and support plans. The role emphasizes compassion, patience and understanding in daily tasks and companionship.

A hand with medication or getting washed and dressed. But more than this, our carers become friends, providing human company, encouragement and maybe a laugh or two, often when life has become a bit tough.
