Cera Care is hiring a Care Assistant for the Extra Care unit at Bradstow Court. You will support residents with personalised care plans, helping them maintain independence and safety in their living spaces.

Daily duties may include assisting with meals, getting up, dressing, medication, and light housework, while providing companionship and encouragement to residents. Training and progression opportunities are available within a supportive team.

A hand with medication or getting washed and dressed. But more than this, our carers become friends, providing human company, encouragement and maybe a laugh or two, often when life has become a bit tough.
