Job summary

Cera Care is hiring a Care Assistant for the Extra Care Unit at Bentley Grange. This is a full-time role focused on delivering personalised care and support plans to residents, helping them live as independently as possible.

You will assist with daily living activities, medication management and mobility while gaining structured training through the Cera Academy and access to clear career progression and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as toileting, washing, dressing, and feeding.
• Help with medication management and routine health checks.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks and ensure a clean, safe environment.
• Provide companionship, encouragement and a listening ear.
• Support residents with personal care and mobility assistance.
• Collaborate with other care team members to implement care plans.
