Cera are recruiting Care Assistants for our Extra Care service in Yate.

We're recruiting for part-time and full-time permanent positions, including days and nights. It's secure work with good pay, great training, and no previous experience needed.

Extra Care units offer residents self-contained living spaces within a larger building, with access to care staff based within the unit providing care to each resident. As a care assistant, you will support residents with varying needs, following personalised care and support plans.

Every client's needs are different. You may assist with housework, help with getting up in the morning, prepare a hot meal, provide companionship, help with medication, or assist with washing and dressing. Our carers become friends, offering human company, encouragement, and sometimes a laugh, especially when life is tough. Caring can be challenging, but your support will be greatly appreciated by residents and their families.

• Pay is in block shifts with no travel required during your shift.
• Various shifts available, including early, late, and night shifts.
