Cera in Fleet is recruiting Care Assistants for our Extra Care service. We welcome kind, people‑oriented individuals with no prior experience. We offer part‑time and full‑time permanent positions, with day and night shifts to suit you.

You will support residents with daily activities, meals, personal care and follow personalised care plans. We provide comprehensive training, a clear career path, benefits such as holiday pay, pension and DBS/PVG, plus a company mobile and uniform.

Cera are recruiting Care Assistants for our Extra Care service in Fleet.

We're recruiting for part-time and full-time permanent positions, days and nights. It's secure work that comes with good pay, great training and no previous experience is required.

Extra Care units offer residents their own self-contained living space within a larger building, with access to care staff who are based within the unit and who provide care to each resident. As a care assistant at our Extra Care Unit, you will be supporting residents, who all have varying needs to live as independently as possible, with personalised care and support plans in place.

Every client's needs are different. You may assist with a bit of housework or help with getting up in the morning. A tasty hot meal and a listening ear. A hand with medication or getting washed and dressed. But more than this, our carers become friends, providing human company, encouragement and maybe a laugh or two, often when life has become a bit tough. Caring isn't always easy, but a lot of people and their families will be grateful that you were there for them.
