Job summary

Cera is recruiting Care Assistants in Eastbourne to help clients live independently at home. You will provide compassionate support with daily living tasks, companionship and practical help, while following care plans and safety guidelines.

No previous experience is required, and you’ll receive full training, DBS clearance, and ongoing development opportunities. Flexible weekend shifts and part-time or full-time roles are available, with competitive rates and benefits.

You must be able to commit to either alternating weekends or one set day each weekend. Shifts are 7am–2pm and 4pm–10pm.

We're recruiting part-time and full-time care assistants to support our clients at home. We have work available in Eastbourne and surrounding areas.

You’ll usually have every other weekend off for work-life balance.
