Cera is recruiting Care Assistants for our Extra Care service in Devizes.

We're recruiting for part-time and full-time permanent positions, days and nights. It's secure work with good pay, great training, and no previous experience needed.

Extra Care units offer residents their own self-contained living space within a larger building, with access to care staff based within the unit providing care tailored to each resident. As a care assistant, you will support residents with varying needs to live as independently as possible, following personalized care and support plans.

Every client's needs are different. You may assist with housework, help with getting up in the morning, prepare a hot meal, provide companionship, assist with medication, or help with washing and dressing. More than tasks, our carers become friends, offering human company, encouragement, and sometimes a laugh, especially when life is tough. Caring isn't always easy, but many families will be grateful for your support.
