No care experience is necessary as we provide full training, but a desire to support people is essential.
Applicants must have a full driving licence and an available car as you will travel to our customer's home to support them. *We are not able to offer Sponsorship or additional hours to anyone on Sponsorship

In this role, you can work part-time or full-time hours, which includessome evenings, and some mornings and must include alternate weekends.

Roles and Responsibilities as a Care Assistant
It isn’t about previous care experience - its more about life experience! We want to ensure our customers receive the very best support and to do that we need people who are naturally compassionate, caring and patient. Our teamgenuinely cares for each of our customers in a professional way.
We’ll ensure you have all the right training and development and feel confident in your support before we expect you to carry out support of our customers alone. After all, our care assistants support our customers so it’s important that you feel supported and equipped for the role.

This is a part-time role, working evenings and including alternate weekends. Although we try to be flexible where we can, we do require you to be flexible with us too.
