Caremark Dartford, Gravesham & Medway is hiring a Community Care Worker to support elderly and vulnerable clients in their own homes. You will provide personal and companionship care, assist with meals, mobility, and medication, and maintain accurate care records.

A full UK driving licence with access to a car is required, with competitive hourly pay and guaranteed hours on request. No sponsorship is offered for this role.

Summary of role

To share with other staff in meeting the personal care and support needs of customers in a way that respects the dignity of the individual and promotes their independence. The care and support provided by Care and Support Workers is expected to include support that would reasonably be given by members of the client’s family and is not to include tasks that would normally be undertaken by a trained nurse.

Competitive Pay: £14.00 to £15.00 per hour - Zero Hour (Guaranteed hours available on request)

To achieve this, full training is provided in all aspects of care, meaning that no previous experience in care is necessary.
