Job summary

Caremark Dartford, Gravesham & Medway is hiring Care and Support Workers to help elderly and vulnerable people in their own homes across Dartford, Gravesham and Medway. Roles involve personal care, companionship, meal prep and attendance during early shifts from 7am, Monday to Friday with every other weekend.

Training is provided, and mileage and benefits are offered. Applicants must have a full UK driving license with access to a car and be ready to contribute to a supportive community-focused

• Full UK driving license with access to your own car.
• Willingness to work 7am start, Mon-Fri and every other weekend.
• Full training provided; no previous care experience required.

Summary of role

To share with other staff in meeting the personal care and support needs of customers in a way that respects the dignity of the individual and promotes their independence. The care and support provided by Care and Support Workers is expected to include support that would reasonably be given by members of the client's family and is not to include tasks that would normally be undertaken by a trained nurse.

Competitive Pay: £13.00 to £14.00 per hour - Zero Hour (Guaranteed hours available on request)

To achieve this, full training is provided in all aspects of care, meaning that no previous experience in care is necessary.
