Care Assistant Evenings and Weekends

Join Cera as a Care Assistant in Merton. You'll be supporting us on our mission to transform social care and enable more people to live longer, healthier, and happier lives in their own homes.

Role Overview:

We are recruiting part-time and full-time care assistants to support our clients at home in Merton, Wimbledon, Raynes Park, Kingston, and surrounding areas. No prior experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training. We offer flexible shifts, usually with every other weekend off, to promote work-life balance.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal care such as washing, dressing, and continence support
• Manage medications
• Prepare hot meals and assist with domestic tasks
• Provide companionship, reassurance, and joy to clients
