Altogether Care is seeking a Care and Support Worker to provide in-home care across Bath and surrounding areas. You will visit clients to support independence and confidence, delivering personal, physical and emotional care while enabling daily living tasks and appointments.
Varied shift patterns include mornings, evenings and weekends with a focus on reliable, compassionate support. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
