Job Description

We are looking to recruit evening Care Professionals working 4pm - 9pm in the PL8, PL9, PL21 and TQ10 areas. Driving licence essential due to the nature of the role.

Support fantastic people in our community by helping clients remain happy, healthy, and thriving in their own homes.

Responsibilities may include:
  • Companionship and wellbeing support
  • Assisting with everyday tasks such as cooking and light housework
  • Supporting clients to access their community by accompanying them to shops or appointments
  • Assisting with washing, dressing, or bathing
