Qualifications

No specific experience or qualifications are required to become a Care Professional. Experience in care settings or with older people is beneficial, such as caring for a family member or voluntary work. You should have a passion for supporting others and pride in delivering outstanding service. Reliability, trustworthiness, and respect are essential. You should enjoy building professional friendships and feel comfortable spending time with others.

This role is subject to DBS enhanced disclosure.

Having a full driving licence and own transport is required.
