Home Instead in Ely is looking for compassionate Care Professionals to provide non-medical services to older clients. You will help maintain their independence in a familiar environment while building trusting relationships.

No prior experience required, but a passion for supporting others is essential. Flexible hours and various benefits, including a £100 referral bonus and award-winning training, make this an attractive role.

We are looking for compassionate home care workers who want to make a difference in an older person’s life and have availability in the Ely and surrounding areas.

Hours

If you have customer service, retail, hospitality experience, or have good communication skills, you can transfer these skills and become a Care Professional. We’d love to welcome you into our team and show you how you can make a positive impact to clients in your area. As a Care Professional, you willprovide a variety of non-medical services to help keep our clients independent and living in their own home.

• £25.00/hr on Bank Holidays

Qualifications

Qualifications

You do not need any experience or qualifications to become a Care Professionals. However, it would be useful to have some experience of working in a care setting or interacting with older people. This could be personal experience of caring for a family member or voluntary experience. You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. You will be reliable, trustworthy and respectful. You will enjoy building professional friendships and comfortable in spending time in the company of others. Due to the nature of our service, we require a full UK driving license and your own transport..
