We are looking for a Care Assistant to join our team on Days at Eastridge Manor in Bolney, Nr Haywards Heath.

Hours – Full Time – 36/48hrs – 8am – 8pm

*We are unable to provide Tier 2 sponsorship at this time*

As a Care Assistant you will be:

  • Providing high quality personal care, social interaction and stimulation to residents;
  • Promoting independence and enablement and providing any support to the residents where necessary;
  • Ensuring electronic residents’ personalised interactions are inputted on the system;
  • Serving food and drinks to the residents and promoting social dining experiences;
  • Developing relationships with relatives to help support you in understanding their needs and developing their personal care.

More about you:

  • Ideally, you’ll have experience in the Healthcare sector, however we will provide you with all the training you need to be successful in the role;
  • Kind and caring with a positive approach;
