Job summary

Hartwig Care in Ealing seeks a dedicated Care Worker to join our home-care team. You will provide person-centred support to clients in Moorlands Court Northolt and surrounding areas, delivering compassionate care with dignity and respect.

We offer full training, opportunities for development, and a supportive team environment. Full-time shifts include early and late days, with some alternate weekends to cover service hours across the week.

Qualifications

• Experience in care is welcome but not required.
• Full training is provided.
• A caring and patient approach is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals at home.
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing and dressing.
• Administer medications and monitor health where required.
• Help with meal planning and preparation.
• Provide transportation to appointments and activities.
• Document and maintain accurate care records.

Full-Time: Monday to Friday 7am to 14:00 or 15:00 to 21:00 & Every alternate weekend

Main Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with physical or intellectual disabilities
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and providing companionship and interacting with service users.
• Administer medications and monitor health conditions.
• Assist with meal planning and preparation.
• Provide transportation to appointments and community activities.
• Document and maintain accurate records of care provided.
