Duties

• Deliver care in accordance with prearranged care plans while driving to clients’ residences.
• Help with clothing, meal preparation, and personal cleanliness, among other everyday life tasks.
• Pharmaceutical support while adhering to company regulations and training.
• Create a helpful and upbeat atmosphere by offering emotional support and camaraderie.
• Using our electronic care system, keep precise, up-to-date visit logs and instantly report any changes.
• When necessary, drive clients with mobility and transportation issues to appointments or social events.
• Give extra care as needed; this could include dementia support, end-of-life care, or help with complex requirements.
• When necessary, perform simple housekeeping duties to maintain a hygienic and secure atmosphere.
• To guarantee well-coordinated support, communicate clearly with clients, families, and the larger care team.

Requirements

• Access to a dependable vehicle and a valid driver’s license, whether from the UK or another country, are crucial.
• While not required, prior experience in home care or a care environment is appreciated; comprehensive training is offered.
• Excellent written and spoken English (IELTS UKVI B1 or higher if applying from abroad).
• Fundamental IT abilities for keeping track of electronic medical records.
• Patience, empathy, and a sincere will to help others.
• Flexibility with regard to working weekends and evenings.
