Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of personal care and contribute to the care team so services to residents continue without interruption
• Assist residents with all personal hygiene care, preserving their independence, dignity and respect
• Recognise clinical risk areas such as weight loss, pressure sores, risk of falls and signs of infection
• Escalate identified risks in a timely manner
• Act courteously towards residents and visitors, respecting each resident's dignity and individuality
• Practise safe systems of work across the range of tasks
