Job summary

Perfect Care Ltd is seeking compassionate Care Assistants to support clients at home in Gateshead and surrounding areas. You will help with daily living tasks, meal prep, medication prompts, and companionship, with guaranteed hours for permanent roles and ongoing training.

We offer paid mileage, progression via care certificates, and a supportive management team. All successful applicants will receive full training to start immediately.

Qualifications

• Kind, caring and compassionate individuals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Full UK driving licence, your own car, and business insurance are essential.
• Availability to work alternate weekends.
• Right to work in the UK with no sponsorship offered.
• Experience as a carer is welcome; full training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Supporting clients with daily living tasks, meal preparation, medication prompts and general domestic support.
• Assisting clients with personal care as needed.
• Providing companionship and accompanying clients on outings.
• Encouraging clients to participate in planning and providing their care.
• Recording and reporting daily visit information accurately.
