Responsibilities

1. Provide high-quality, person-centered care to residents.
2. Support residents with activities to enrich their lives.
3. Maintain accurate records in line with care standards.
4. Assist the nursing team with compliance and care procedures.
5. Support residents with one-to-one care as needed.

Candidate requirements

1. Ability to communicate effectively with elderly residents.
2. Flexible to work set hours and meet organizational needs.
3. Good command of written and spoken English.
4. In good medical health.

Preferred qualifications

1. Current NVQ in Care.
2. Knowledge of Care of the Elderly Patients Charter of Rights.
3. Experience in care settings and moving and handling patients.

Salary: From £12.82 to £16.82 per hour
