About the role:

You will work on a shift pattern that includes weekends.

About you:

Experience is preferred but not essential; full training will be provided. Your empathy and warm-hearted approach will be evident.

Having an NVQ Level 1 or 2 in Health and Social Care is advantageous, or you may be willing to work towards it. We support this through a fully funded apprenticeship with external providers.

You should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the compassion to deliver high-quality, person-centered care.
