Here at Ribble Court, we provide high-quality specialist/complex nursing care and residential dementia care on separate floors, with a person-centred focus based on the needs and wishes of the residents maintained at all times.

Job Role

As a Care Assistant at our home, your role may involve: supporting our residents with personal care and hygiene, eating, and getting involved with daily activities, providing emotional support and companionship, supporting our residents to live an enriched and fulfilled life, focussed on their individual hobbies, preferences and abilities, maintaining high standards within the care home environment, working flexibly as part of a team to ensure our residents' needs are met.

Requirements

A positive outlook and a warm personality, able to demonstrate a genuine interest in working in the health and social care sector - experience is beneficial but certainly not essential, flexibility to work shift patterns according to the needs of our residents.
