Care Assistant, based at Coppelia House, Moretonhampstead - Full time/part time hours available, to include alternate weekends.

Days - £12.50, £12.75 per hour at weekends. Nights - £12.70, £12.95 per hour at weekends

• Getting to know each resident, their needs, and what matters most to them, delivering care that's tailored to their preferences.
• Ensure care plans are up to date, documenting important information to help provide the best care possible.
