Care Assistant based at Parkland House, Barley Lane, Exeter.

Full/Part time Hours: £12.50 - £12.75ph days, £12.70 - £12.95ph nights.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting our residents with dignity, respect, and heart – whether that’s helping with daily routines such as personal care, supporting emotional well-being, and encouraging social activities that bring joy and companionship, or being there in the quiet moments.
• Bringing your unique personality into the home and helping create a space where joy lives in the small things.
• Getting to know each resident, their needs, and what matters most to them, delivering care that’s tailored to their preferences.
• Ensure care plans are up to date, documenting important information to help provide the best care possible.
