Job description
Overview

Some of the daily tasks that a carer at Springcare would carry out would include:

  • helping with washing and dressing
  • assisting with feeding and mealtimes
  • finding out and knowing residents interests and needs
  • general housekeeping such as tidying residents' private bedrooms and communal areas
  • supporting each resident's physical and mental wellbeing through activities

Our care team provides 24-hour care, with day care shifts from 8am until 8pm and night-time shifts from 8pm until 8am.

Typical Shift Patterns

Day Contracts

  • 8am until 8pm
  • 8am until 2pm
  • 2pm until 8pm

Night Contracts

  • 8pm until 8am
