Why you’ll love working with us:

  • Health Scheme: We care about YOU, so we offer private health care options helping reduce the cost of essential bills, such as dental and optical treatment.
  • Refer a Friend Scheme: Fancy earning an extra £1000? Refer a friend and when they pass their probation period, the bonus is yours!

What you’ll be doing:

  • Helping with day-to-day activities, always with a smile.
  • Building meaningful relationships and making our home feel like home for our residents.

What we’re looking for:

  • Great listening skills and a willingness to work as part of a team.
