Immediate Start – Care Worker Opportunity in Ripley, Derbyshire

Are you a compassionate and experienced Care Worker looking to make a real difference? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a warm and welcoming 28-bed residential care home in the heart of Ripley.

About the Role: You’ll be part of a dedicated team providing 24-hour personalised care in a beautifully maintained home. Your focus will be on supporting residents to live independently, with dignity and joy.

Key Responsibilities: Delivering high-quality personal care, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support Following and updating individualised care plans Promoting residents’ emotional and psychological wellbeing Encouraging independence and meaningful daily engagement

If you do not have a valid DBS and/or training, do not worry as we can help you with this. We are happy to offer online training available at a subsidised fee and the certificates are yours to keep!

To apply for this role you must;
- Have referenceable work history
- Hold in-date mandatory training certificates (inc. moving and handling, safeguarding vulnerable adults and infection control)*
- Hold an enhanced DBS certificate dated within the past 12 months or registered on the update service*
- Have a minimum of 3 months paid UK work experience working within a care setting.

We have shifts available throughout the week.

Typical hours are 06:45 to 14:30
