Job summary

Anchor Hanover Group is seeking a Care Assistant to provide compassionate, high‑quality support to residents in a care setting. The role involves dignified personal care and assisting with meals, while creating a warm, respectful environment. Training for Level 2 qualifications is available, and the employer is a Living Wage Foundation member.

As a Care Assistant, you’ll bring compassion, energy, and fun to our residents. Your role includes providing dignified personal care, assisting during mealtimes, and provide sensitive and appropriate support with various aspects of people’s lives. Beyond physical care, you'll also be a comforting and attentive listener.
