Please note we are only accepting candidates currently living within a 45-minute commute of the Care Home

About the home

Claybourne is a purpose-built care home offering high-quality residential, dementia, and short-stay respite care for up to 46 residents. We provide a warm, supportive environment where residents feel safe, valued, and at home.

About you

The right values, attitude, and behaviors matter more than your previous career background. While previous care experience is desirable, it is not essential, and we will provide training and support. No qualifications are required to start as a Care Assistant. You should have a kind, warm, caring nature and be able to work well as part of a team and use your initiative.
