About the Role: We are seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to support residents in our care home. You will help ensure residents are cared for with dignity and respect, engaging them in meaningful activities tailored to their individual needs.

Main Duties include:

• Supporting residents to remain as independent as possible, including personal care tasks such as washing, dressing, and oral care.
• Encouraging participation in leisure activities and supporting outside appointments and outings.
• Maintaining a clean, welcoming environment by making beds, tidying rooms, and light cleaning.
• Assisting with serving meals and drinks, ensuring presentation and support are appropriate.
• Complying with statutory and legal requirements related to health and safety, infection control, and care standards.
