Job summary

Jewish Care in London is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to join our care team. You will support residents with daily living, from personal care to meals and activities, always focusing on the person in front of you.

This role offers full training, ongoing support, and a welcoming team environment. You will work on a two-week rolling rota with 12-hour shifts, helping residents feel safe, respected and valued every day.

Job description

Our multi-award-winning organisation is looking to recruit a Care Assistant to join our Care team.

As a Care Assistant, you'll support residents with daily living, from personal care to mealtimes and activities, always taking a person-centred approach. You'll get to know each resident as an individual - what matters to them, what makes them smile - and tailor your support to help them live well.

No two days are the same, but every day is meaningful.

What you'll be doing

• Supporting residents with personal care and daily routines

Working pattern

You'll work on a two-week rolling rota:

Week 1: 4 days
Week 2: 2 days
12-hour shifts (8am-8pm), including some weekends
Average of 38.5 hours per week
