Sanctuary Group is seeking a Night Care Assistant to join our team and support residents in a compassionate, respectful environment. You will follow individual care plans, assist with daily activities, and promote well-being during night shifts.
No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training is provided. The role offers an attractive hourly rate of £13.27 and access to benefits, including leave, pension, and wellbeing support.
£13.27 per hour
28 days’ annual leave pro rata (including bank holidays), occupational sick pay linked to length of service, and a contributory pension.
