• Welcoming residents on admission and helping them settle in
• Supporting residents with daily tasks to enable them to live their best lives
• Meeting residents' needs and wishes
• Providing companionship through conversation and understanding preferences
• Encouraging participation in organized activities and providing meaningful moments
• Assisting with personal care and supporting eating and drinking
• Completing monitoring records and supporting infection control measures
• Responding promptly to nurse call systems and reporting concerns
• Recording essential information accurately and maintaining resident privacy and dignity
• Working collaboratively with health and social care professionals
• Undertaking additional duties as required

This position requires a PVG check and two references.
