Our two sixty-bed Care Homes and Assisted Living facility are all based in St George’s Park, Ditchling Common, within 3 miles of both Haywards Heath and Burgess Hill, set within 250 acres of beautiful gardens and farmlands, in an area of outstanding natural beauty with views overlooking the South Downs.

The Role
You will be part of a dedicated team that offers the residents of our purpose built care homes kind and compassionate care, in line with our company ethos. If you are caring by nature and enjoy looking after others, then being a Care Assistant at Augustinian Care is for you
A crucial part of the role will be implementing each residents person centred care plan, by recording observations such as, weight, temperature, pulse, blood pressure, nutrition and liquid intake. Above all, you will be performing any duty that is necessary to help our residents to retain their dignity, independence and well-being.
Working hours
We currently have enough hours for both full-time and part-time, with a combination of morning shifts, afternoon shifts, and long days.
AM shift: 6.45am - 2.00pm
PM shift: 1.45pm - 9.00pm
Long day: 6.45am - 9.00pm
