Nightingale Nursing & Care Home in Edwinstowe is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant for day shifts. You will support residents with daily living, personal care, and ensure dignity, choice, and wellbeing in a friendly, mission-led environment.

Qualifications

• Clear motivations and/or relevant experience.
• Experience of working in a care home.
• Residing 20 minutes or less near to the care home.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Written and oral communication skills.
• A caring and nurturing attitude.
• A positive and enthusiastic mindset.
• Time management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support residents in daily living, including personal care.
• Promote independence with dignity and respect.
• Complete Daily Charts to a high standard with audits pass rate >90%.
• Stay 100% current with mandatory training throughout the year.
