Excelcare Holdings is seeking a Care Assistant for St Fillans Care Home in Colchester. You will support residents with meals, personal care and documentation, and work 36 hours per week on day shifts from 8am to 8pm, with alternate weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in a care environment is ideal, especially with older people.

• Assist with mealtimes and personal care.
• Complete daily records, charts and care plans.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and promote independence, choice, dignity.
