What You’ll do as a Care Assistant

As a key member of our care team, you’ll be at the heart of everything we do:

  • Provide personal and medical care tailored to residents’ individual needs.
  • Offer professional and emotional support, ensuring dignity, respect, and independence.
  • Assist residents with daily activities such as washing, dressing, eating, drinking, and mobility.
  • Develop meaningful relationships with residents, bringing joy and comfort to their lives.
  • Contribute to the creation and updating of residents’ care plans, ensuring any specialist needs are addressed.
