Job description

We are looking for a Care Assistant to provide residents with a detailed care plan and assist with all aspects of personal care during the day. The role focuses on maintaining residents' independence and dignity through a person-centred approach.

Rate of Pay

  • £12.43 Weekdays
  • £13.23 Weekends

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing care as detailed in the residents' individualised care plans using a person-centred approach.
  • Supporting residents with personal care while maintaining independence, privacy, and respect.
  • Assisting residents with meals in a dignified manner, ensuring a calm and pleasant atmosphere.
  • Identifying and meeting social, emotional, and cultural needs, and participating in person-centred engagement activities.
  • Supporting residents to utilize the environment fully, including outdoor spaces.
