Here at Home Instead West Fife and Kinross, we are looking to grow our team of Care Assistants, with a variety of hours and different contract options available.

We provide award-winning home care of the highest quality. Care Assistants are known as Care Professionals within Home Instead, and the care and support they deliver are designed to allow our clients to live independently in their own homes.

You do not need any experience or qualifications to become a Care Professional. We encourage people from different sectors to apply, whether that is retail, hospitality, childcare, customer service, or delivery driving. We provide training and support from the start.

Role Responsibilities

• Minimum 1-hour visits
• Introductions to all new clients
• Matching Care Professionals to clients based on personality, background, hobbies, and interests
• Providing companionship-led care services
• Shopping, household tasks, and preparing fresh food from scratch
• Building strong professional relationships
• Offering a variety of non-medical services to help clients stay as independent as possible at home

Working Hours

A variety of personalized schedules to choose from, Monday to Friday and alternate weekends.

Qualifications
