Qualifications

Job description

Job Title: Care Assistant

Location: Daleview House, L'Derry

Positions Available: Permanent Days and Permanent Nights

Daleview House provides supported living accommodation for older persons, offering support and care for up to 13 Housing with Care Tenants. It is situated in the Waterside area of Derry~Londonderry. Daleview House offers 24-hour staff support services, 365 days a year.

Essential Criteria
  • QCF/NVQ 2 Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • Must be currently registered with NISCC or, if new to the sector, must achieve registration within 6 months
  • Alternatively, a minimum of 6 months experience in a formal caring/support role with vulnerable adults (paid or unpaid)
  • Willingness to work towards completion of QCF Level 2 Health and Social Care

This is a regulated post and will be subject to a satisfactory Access NI check.
