Do you have experience working in retail as a shop assistant?
Then you already have many of the skills needed to become an excellent Care Assistant. We are looking for people with Be Caring values to join our team. For this role, you do not need care experience; we recognize you will have many transferable skills from previous roles, such as a shop assistant. We will provide you with the training you need to be an outstanding Care Assistant.

You will be recruited to a dedicated care team operating in Croxteth (L11).
For this role, we are recruiting:
4 x drivers
Shift pay rather than pay per call, which means you are paid from the start of your first call to the end of your last call within a shift.
Pay: £12.30 p/hr (drivers)
Mileage: 45p per mile for drivers
Full-time hours available
Bonus schemes: up to £300 new starter, £300 Refer a Friend, £300 annual bonus, £25 birthday gift voucher.
As a Care Assistant for Be Caring, your working hours will be aligned to our shift patterns, which include early starts, late evenings, and weekend work:
Full Days: 7am-2pm then 4pm-10pm (2-hour break included)
As a Care Assistant for Be Caring, we will agree on your working pattern, setting a 2-week rota which includes:
Alternate full weekends, or every Saturday or every Sunday
Evenings as agreed within your working hours
