Harmony Healthcare is seeking dedicated carers to join our Norfolk team. We support individuals with complex health needs, delivering person-centred care and helping maintain dignity, independence and quality of life. This role suits experienced carers who are confident in managing clinical tasks within care plans.

About the Role

We are seeking experienced carers with a background in complex care to provide personalised support to individuals with a range of healthcare needs. The successful candidates will be confident in delivering safe, effective, and compassionate care while following individual care plans and clinical guidance.

We are particularly interested in carers with experience in the following areas:

Tracheostomy (Trachy) care

Ventilator support

PEG feeding

Personal care

Candidates should have a caring and professional approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while following care plans and relevant clinical protocols.

What We Are Looking For

Previous experience in complex care or a similar care setting.

A compassionate, patient, and reliable attitude.

A commitment to maintaining high standards of care and safeguarding.

The ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively with families and healthcare professionals.

A willingness to undertake relevant training and maintain up-to-date competencies where required.
