Job summary

Sugarman Health and Wellbeing Limited is hiring a Care Assistant in Leeds and surrounding areas. You'll support clients at home with daily living tasks, provide companionship, and help maintain independence and dignity. Flexible shifts available, with part-time or full-time options and mileage allowance.

Shifts run 7 am–3 pm or 3 pm–10 pm; pay is £13.45 per hour and 35p per mile. Training is provided, and the role offers a range of benefits and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• No experience required; compassionate and reliable.
• Full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Supporting clients with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting).
• Preparing meals and assisting with light domestic tasks.
• Administering medication.
• Providing emotional support and companionship.
• Encouraging hobbies, interests, and daily routines.
