Job summary

Ashlynn Grange Care Home in Peterborough is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to provide high-quality care to residents, supporting daily living, meals, activities and personal care.

Reporting to the Team Leader, you will follow care plans, participate in training, and help create a warm, safe home environment. Athena Care Homes offers progression opportunities, funded apprenticeships, and a comprehensive induction.

Qualifications

• Genuine care for residents and willingness to support individual needs.
• Successful communication with residents, families and colleagues.
• Ability to participate in training and development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care in the home, ensuring assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of residents’ care.
• Assist residents at meal times with suitable meals.
• Participate in all activities to promote person-centred care.
• Attend and complete training and qualifications (mandatory and developmental).
