Roles and Responsibilities as a Care Assistant

  • Manual handling, using equipment where required

Your Experience and Suitability for the Care Assistant Role

Previous experience isn’t necessary. We value compassion, care, and patience. We want team members who genuinely care for our customers as if they were family.

We provide comprehensive training and development to ensure you’re well-prepared for the role.

You must have:

  • Full and valid UK driving licence
  • Access to a car
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Excellent English skills

We offer flexible working options to fit around your home life, including full-time or part-time roles. You’ll need to work at least one evening per week and every other weekend for part-time, or two evenings and every other weekend for full-time roles.
