Immediate starts are available for those new to the care sector or with experience. We carefully match you to clients in your local community, supporting them to live happy, independent lives by providing:

• Companionship and help around the home
• Preparation and support with meals
• Prompting and assisting with medication
• Supporting with personal care and dressing
• Social visits, appointments, and shopping trips

Home Instead unique in the care industry as all visits are a minimum of 1 hour, allowing meaningful relationships and making a real difference daily. As a Care Professional, you'll receive industry-leading training, competitive pay, and 24/7 support from our office team.

Qualifications

Even without prior care experience, your life skills such as kindness, empathy, and patience are valuable. If you enjoy making people smile, you're already suited for this role. Paid training takes place at our Chichester office with our award-winning team. A driving licence and your own vehicle are required.
