About the role:
Our diverse and inclusive group of carers share a passion to make a difference in the lives of our residents. You could be part of our committed team promoting independence in a safe, comfortable, and caring environment. Our home encourages involvement in fun, stimulating, and meaningful activities to brighten the lives of those we serve.
You will work in a shift pattern that includes weekends.
About you:
Experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided. Your empathy and warm-hearted approach are valued.
Having an NVQ Level 1 or 2 in Health and Social Care is advantageous, or a willingness to work towards this. We support you in obtaining this qualification through a fully funded apprenticeship with external providers.
You should have excellent communication skills, a can-do attitude, and the compassion necessary to deliver person-centered care of the highest standard.
We do not just go to work each day — we enter the homes of some of the most wonderful people you could meet and help them live their lives to the fullest. Join us and see for yourself.
