You will work in a shift pattern that includes weekends.

About you:

Experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided. Your empathy and warm-hearted approach are valued.

Having an NVQ Level 1 or 2 in Health and Social Care is advantageous, or a willingness to work towards this. We support you in obtaining this qualification through a fully funded apprenticeship with external providers.

You should have excellent communication skills, a can-do attitude, and the compassion necessary to deliver person-centered care of the highest standard.
