• Help with mobility and monitor health conditions.

Job description

Washing, bathing, dressing, and maintaining personal appearance. Assisting with preparation of meals, drinks, and snacks when necessary. Provide assistance with toileting and changing clothes and/or bedding where necessary. Maintain commodes and bed linen. Provide assistance with other tasks of personal daily living and provide general support. Assist and encourage the management of medication and monitor health related conditions such as dietary & fluid intake. To help service users with mobility difficulties, or other physical disabilities, including incontinence. Liaises with professional staff in carrying out care plan etc.
