Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Care Assistant in a UK care home to support residents with daily living, provide companionship, and help create moments of joy.

You will follow individual care plans, work as part of a compassionate team, and build meaningful relationships with residents while receiving training to thrive in the role.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you’ll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve.
